The Rove Hotel at Port Saeed, is a 2.7 Lakh Square feet, B+G+14 floor Hotel by Emaar. The role of Techture is to develop the Architectural and Structural BIM Model at LOD 500, i.e. the As-Built Model. We also have to incorporate the MEP Model and carry out coordination through Clash Detection. Our deliverables include the production of Shop drawings for Architectural and Interior Design disciplines.
